with an au mobile phone and au Home Phone combo set!!
With services like the KDDI Collective Billing Service, calls from your au Home Phone (MYLINE excluded) to any au mobile phone and any other au Home Phone (MYLINE excluded) are free 24 hours a day within Japan. And "au --> My Home Discount" lets you make free calls from your au mobile phone to your home 24 hours a day within Japan.
NTT subscriber phones like KDDI MYLINE are not covered under the free call service. Check Notes for charges and service requirements and other notices.
KDDI Collective Billing Service
- Save when you change phone models by using combined au Points [2] and KDDI Point Strategy points [3] from eligible services!
- Combine au mobile phone charged fee payments with service payments for enhanced convenience!
- Save up to ¥105/month (tax included) on monthly service charges [4] !
- [2] This covers KDDI's (au mobile phone's) au Points and Okinawa Cellular's "Point Alpha."
- [3] The first point combination is on the second business day of the month subsequent to the month that your KDDI Collective Billing Service registration is completed. The combined points can be used from day you receive your subsequent invoice onward.
- [4] If the billed amount for the applicable service is lower than ¥105/month (tax included), KDDI will issue a cash back not to exceed the amount on your bill.
Notes on the sign-up process
- Applications will only be accepted if the au mobile phone subscriber and the eligible service subscriber are the same person, or have the same family name and address. If subscribers are different, applications with an application form will be required. If family names or addresses are different, proof of family relationship will be required.
- Prepaid Service invoices cannot be combined.
- Applications are only accepted from customers paying by bank transfer or credit card.
- Payments are due on the last day of the month (If the last day of the month is Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, payments are due on the next business day. Credit card payments are due on the day designated by your credit card company.).

Call home from your au mobile phone for free 24 hours a day within Japan when you register your home phone as an au Home Phone.
- * Calls to MYLINE phones are not eligible for free calling.
- This discount covers calls placed to the home telephone number (au Home Phone) of the contracted party registered on the au mobile phone contract. Calls placed to the phone number of the billing address or the workplace phone number are not covered. This discount does not apply if your home phone number changes due to a change of address or other reasons and you do not notify au mobile phone customer support of the new phone number. To report a change in home phone number, please contact au mobile phone customer support within the month in which the change procedures are completed. Please note that the discount may not be applied during a certain month if extra time is required to update your records.
- The "au --> My Home Discount" does not apply to customers using "Prepaid service." Also, calls from your home phone to an au mobile phone or calls to your home phone from outside Japan using a Global Passport handset are not discounted.
- If your home fixed-line phone is an NTT subscriber phone (registered with KDDI MYLINE PLUS in three or more categories including "in-prefecture long-distance calls" and "out-of-prefecture long-distance calls," or au one net ADSL), calling charges are 50% off. However, the "au --> My Home Discount" does not apply for customers using au one net with FLET'S ADSL.

Notes for charges
Monthly charges for au mobile phone and au Home Phone, usage charges for the broadband service and various services provided by affiliated providers, and the universal service fees (¥5.25/month with tax) are separately billed. If you use au one net ADSL (with phone line sharing), basic monthly charges for the NTT subscriber phone are also charged separately. If you have subscribed to the Collective Billing Service to combine charges for eligible fixed-line services (including au Hikari, ADSL one, and Metal-plus phone) and specific devices (including communication-enabled digital photo frame and communication-enabled car navigation system) only, a discount offered by au Collective Talk does not apply.
Notes for service requirements for calls from fixed-line
The caller is not charged when placing an international call to a Global Passport handset. However, the person receiving the call needs to pay calling charges. If the eligible au mobile phone subscription is canceled or suspended as of the end of the month in which charges are incurred, the call is not free under this service.

If the contact number of the subscriber that is registered with the eligible service is changed or cancelled, or the subscriber begins using an au mobile phone through mobile number portability (including cancellation when the customer has registered more than one mobile phone number), and in any of these circumstances does not notify KDDI of the change, calls are not free under this service.
